Fly out to Genoa and private car to whisk you off to Portofino where you will be staying for a total of 3 nights. Thursday, Friday and Saturday returning on Sunday. Start off with a champagne breakfast in the morning followed by a shopping spree in Portofino and Santa Margherita or why not take the boat and go and check out the Cinque Terre. Next day boat tour where you get to see the very best of the area with a few stops for a bit of a swim. Next day private transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.

Fly out to Bologna and a private pick up and transfer to your hotel in central Bologna. That evening head out to Le Stanze in Via del Borgo for an Aperol Spritz and then stop here for dinner. Try the Passatelli “asciutti” con Funghi e Punte di Asparagi followed by Tagliata di Entrecote al Sale Grosso e Rosmarino. Now make your way back strolling under Bologna’s splendid porticoes and take in your surroundings. You may want to stop off at the Covo Club for some dancing and music. Next morning meet up with your local guide and enjoy a tour of Bologna with a mix of food and wine thrown in, a Bolognese feast for foodies. In the afternoon spend some time shopping. Next day subject to whether you are into cars, why not take a Ferrari, Pagani and Lamborghini tour or head to Maranello for a Ferrari test drive. For the non-car enthusiasts amongst you, why not take a cooking course and enjoy your time with some locals. Sunday morning, late breakfast and time to head back home.

Fly out to Turin and hire your convertible (if available) and then head to the countryside to a truly special place. Check into the Castle suite and then spend some time discovering this amazing place, a historical residence, entirely sustainable, with important and ancient roots, dense of historical passages that deserve to be recalled and valued. The project began to take shape in 2011 with the restoration of the Castle (XII Century) that led the building, from a dilapidated structure with more than 10 years of complete abandonment, to its genuine rebirth, this can be organised with a member of staff That evening dinner in the frescoed halls of the castle. Next day, relaxing morning with breakfast in bed and later some wine tasting at the enoteca, An enogastronomic journey where the perfume of the wines mixes with the flavours of the traditional dishes of the region. The wine tasting includes 3 type of wine and local appetizers followed by lunch at the café. The proposal includes 3 dishes. On day 3, take a carriage ride around the region, what a way to see the area. It is now time to leave and you will now head to the airport for your flight home.

Fly out to either Venice or Treviso and pick up your car and head off to the area of Pordenone. You will be staying in a double superior room with buffet breakfast. Dinner with wine tasting with their gourmand "Lupus in Tabula" menu (4 wines included). The Gala Dinner can be accompanied by a very interesting wine tasting: before dinner Guests can visit the winery located in an ice cellar dating back to 1200 and choose, assisted by the sommelier, which wines they will enjoy during the dinner. The English-speaking sommelier introduces four different important red and white wines, explaining their characteristics, how they are produced, their best combinations with different dishes; his presence is interesting but discreet. Next day head to a wine producer who is located in a beautiful venetian villa with tasting of 4 local wines with typical canapés. That evening head to a local pizzeria and get to taste one of the best pizzas of the area. Day 3, visit one of the oldest ham producers in San Daniele del Friuli. Lunch in a trattoria near the ham producer with a traditional local menu (beverages not included) or Visit of the Grappa distillery Distilleria Bottega, where the famous Alexander Grappa is created, just about 15 minutes away from the villa, and the tasting of 4 different Grappas with sweets. Even with the technological progress, distillation is still a ritual and poetic process and for this reason the distillation master is considered a modern times alchemist. Bottega is also a Prosecco producer: their staff includes 10 graduated winemakers who have specialised in the production of sparkling wines as well as in the distillation of Grappa. Your time is now up and it is time to head back home.

For that touch of luxury, fly into Florence or Pisa and our driver will pick you up an whisk you to your private apartment, a stately residence a few steps from the dome of Florence and only a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi….. Check in and that evening head to Essenziale where you get to savour a 6 course tasting menu. Next day wake up early for early access to the Accademia gallery with breakfast followed by a private food tour of Florence where you get to savour but at the same time see this amazing city.
