Parmigiana & Gnocchi Making
Master Parmigiana & Gnocchi making with Farmers Market Shopping in Rome. This cooking adventure begins at the local open-air market. Your Chef will be on hand to explain all the wonderful ingredients. The palazzo is a short walk from the market. Upon arrival you will be welcomed with some fresh antipasti and a glass of prosecco. Once settled, take an apron and it is time to cook!

Learn how to make two of the most delicious Italian dishes: Pizza and ‘gelato’. Meet our chef, learn the techniques and bring home the recipes to impress your family and friends. The class takes place in the heart of Florence. The chef will start the class by introducing the history of these Italian wonderful creations briefly. After that you will learn how to make the original Italian pizza step by step: you will be taught the tricks for a tender flexible yeast dough.....and so begins the course.

Mosaics & Cooking
First of all - let's admire the gorgeous Ravenna mosaics! After or before the guided tour of the glorious mosaics, we can enjoy a very Italian experience: making "piadina" (a typical local DOP flatbread). Then on to a superb restaurant in the city centre. Staff will welcome you and teach you. Try to imagine please - flour, eggs, rolling pin and… work!! The best part of the experience will be lunch, eating your own delicious culinary specialities!

Angels & Demons
Our journey begins with a visit to Castel Sant’Angelo, the papal fortress near St Peter’s Basilica, where we uncover its mysteries, legends and hidden secrets. We then continue on foot through the narrow alleys and backstreets of ancient Rome, arriving at Piazza dell’Unità food market—one of the city’s oldest Roman markets. Here, among the lively calls of the vendors and the rich scents and aromas of local produce, we discover authentic ingredients that form the heart of Roman cuisine.

Let's Eat & Make Cake
Make a sweet escape from Florence to the Tuscan countryside with a pastry-making lesson in a charming farmhouse kitchen. Choose from a decadent array of modern and classic Italian desserts like tiramisu, limoncello cake, gelato, and cannoli, and learn the recipes and techniques from a professional chef instructor. Enjoy the handmade treats in the beautiful country setting along with espresso and fine Chianti wine. VT.

Let's Cook In Capri
Discover the techniques behind traditional Caprese home cooking during an immersive four-hour culinary class. Guided by a local chef, you will prepare three of the island’s signature dishes, such as cheese-filled Ravioli Caprese and the iconic Torta Caprese, Capri’s much-loved chocolate and almond cake. Afterwards, sit down with your fellow cooks to enjoy your creations, accompanied by local wine. Choose between a morning or afternoon class; all ingredients and take-home recipes are included. Group sizes are limited to just eight participants for an intimate experience.

"A Roma Se Magna Cosi'"
The experience begins on Via Fabio Massimo, home to the Punto di Cottura cooking school. Our first stop is a visit to a traditional local market, where we select fresh regional products. This is followed by an engaging hands-on cooking class dedicated to Roman cuisine, exploring its origins and the defining characteristics of its traditional recipes. At the end of the lesson, participants sit down to enjoy the dishes they have prepared, accompanied by a curated selection of wines from the Lazio region.

Cooking In Verona
The experience takes place in a beautiful, loft-style cooking school located in Verona’s historic centre. All equipment and ingredients are provided—simply arrive with an appetite and a desire to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine. Your instructor will introduce you to the simplicity and authenticity that define Italian cooking and dining, guiding you as you prepare a selection of delicious, wholesome dishes, including handmade fresh pasta and classic bruschetta with tomato-topped grilled bread.
