Overlooking the sea and located in the heart of Sorrento. The property is complete with 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 luxurious bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining room as well as a beautiful garden including a hot tub, all perched on a clifftop where you can admire the most spectacular views.

 

The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and is fitted with air conditioning, underfloor heating, and a romantic fireplace for the winter.  On two floors. There is the upper floor with the lounge. Bright and elegantly furnished with large sofas and chairs. You will also find a large flat-screen television with satellite channels and Wi-Fi internet connection.  With a  private terrace. The lounge is also fitted with air conditioning and heating.
 

Bedroom 1: The first bedroom has been carefully decorated and the four-poster bed creates a romantic atmosphere. It also includes a comfortable futon, where you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view, satellite TV, a small vintage fridge, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You also have access to a terrace with a view of Vesuvius and the sea. Fitted with a twin sink and a large shower cubicle with a lovely porthole through which you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Naples. Access to the bathroom is from the lounge.

 

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom includes a double bed, television, safe, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and also has its own balcony with a view of Vesuvius and the sea.

 

Bedroom 3: The third bedroom includes a double bed, a safe, and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

 

Bathroom 2: The second bathroom is adjacent to the second and third bedrooms and is fitted with a large shower cubicle, WC, bidet, sink, and hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom is very spacious and includes a king-size double bed and a single bed, television, and a walk-in wardrobe. It has a beautiful arched ceiling built from tuff rock dating back to Roman times. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will have access via a French window to the garden offering panoramic views. Access to the bedroom is through a small studio or directly from the garden.

 

Bathroom 3: Is adjacent to the fourth bedroom and is fitted with a large shower cubicle, bidet, WC, sink, and hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the corridor.

 

Dining Room: Includes a long dining table, an elegant side cabinet, a breakfast buffet table, large television, and a fireplace, which creates a charming atmosphere during the winter. A steel staircase attached directly to the wall connects the dining room with the lounge on the upper floor. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating, as well as an extremely romantic arched balcony, furnished with a small table for a cosy tête à tête looking out over the garden and the Gulf.

 

Kitchen: Is purpose-built, well-equipped, and of high-quality.
