Villa Capo D'Orlando.jpg

This villa is unique in so many ways. Eco-friendly, charming, full of great facilities starting from an infinity pool and jacuzzi to a small tub for children.  As well as the garden there is a huge orchard with citrus, persimmon, peach, pear, mulberry, and apricot trees available to guests. (You have a 3000 square metre garden set within a fruit orchard of around 3000 hectares). There are chickens which ensures a constant supply of fresh, organic eggs. The villa is built on four floors which are connected both by an internal staircase and a lift. On the lowest floor is a huge reception area and entrance, with a fireplace and from here you are spoilt by magnificent views over the sea to the Aeolian Islands. There is a TV area here, with a 70-inch screen satellite/3D TV. Next door is a large dining room, again with a fireplace and another huge glass window opening onto a patio. There is also a guest bathroom, and a kitchen facing the outdoor dining/barbecue area. On the first floor, there is another huge living room opening onto a small loggia (with more panoramic views) and two bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathroom.

The second floor offers two bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and spacious built-in wardrobe, and one has a small private terrace. There is also a fitness area with an exercise bike, Turkish bath, and a state-of-the-art shower featuring a  range of chromotherapy, aromatherapy, ‘emotional’ and ‘Amazonian’ options. The top floor is an attic occupied by a huge suite, its ceiling illuminated by different coloured LEDs to create the sensation of sleeping under a magical starry sky.

Sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
