Swimming Pool

On the back of the villa there is a private swimming pool with sea view measuring 4x15m (60 mq), 1.5m deep, with a 236x204cm hydromassage. By the pool there is a solarium area and outdoor showers with sea views.

Interior Description

Completely fenced, and accessed via a typical rural road with electric gates that guarantee safety together with external recording systems and an alarm system.

The entrance door is located to the side of the central body of the villa and opens onto the living room with an open kitchen separated from the living room by a bamboo partition. In the living area you can relax on the comfortable sofas and seats with an imaginary line. The entire facade, the white walls and the niches make the environment very bright, as well as the continuous floor, without joints and with a smooth concrete base, which creates an authentic and elegant effect throughout the villa.

The open space kitchen has an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. In addition, the marble worktop is made with iron structures and wooden compartments, inside which, in addition to storing various kitchen equipment, one also finds a dishwasher and washing machine. At the guest's disposal there is an espresso machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and a large refrigerator. In the centre, the island cooking area dominates, with gas stove, electric oven and seating for quick breakfasts and lunches. The full-height French window of the kitchen overlooks the outdoor patio that houses the large table for 10 diners for lunch and dinners in good company-

Access to the sleeping area is from the corridor adjacent to the living room, here one finds the three double bedrooms, with double bed and private bathroom. One of the rooms here has access and communicates with the other, perfect for hosting families with children or groups of friends. The interiors are completed by two luxurious private suites with open bathrooms and bathtubs, located in the external structure and individually accessible from the courtyard.
