A large and comfortable villa located in a quiet neighbourhood of Palermo’s favourite resort, Mondello, just a short walk to the beach and sea. The garden is insulated from street noise and absolutely private and this is quite rare in Mondello. With ample green spaces, areas for outdoor conversation and dining, and, bang in the centre of the lawn is the swimming pool (14.8 X 7.6m) which, with all the rooms opening on to it, is the true focus of the villa.
On two floors, connected by a staircase. On the first floor, at garden level, is a huge living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a guest bathroom, a study and a large kitchen which opens onto the outdoor barbecue/dining area. The first floor is home to two double ensuite bedrooms, one with its own private little terrace, and a further double and twin which share a large bathroom with a lovely spacious shower.
