6-Hour Truffle Hunting with Cooking Class, Lunch or Dinner, and Wine Tasting

Begin your journey at the estate’s Welcome Centre with a brief guided walk through the historic property. Then, venture into the private truffle lands, where you’ll learn to identify precious white and black truffles, understand the trees and habitats that nurture them, and embark on a truffle hunt with professional guides and their trained dogs.

After your adventure in the oak forests, join a hands-on cooking class and prepare recipes that highlight the unique flavours of truffle. End the day with a gourmet meal featuring the following:

Appetisers: Tuscan salami and cheeses, bruschetta, and snacks
First Course: Lasagna with meat sauce
Second Course: Roast meat and vegetables
Dessert: Cantuccini with dessert wine
