The True Flavour Of Balsamic
One of Emilia-Romagna’s true gems ✨ Traditional Balsamic of Modena DOP or Reggio Emilia DOP—this is real balsamic. Perfect drizzled over ice cream, strawberries, or paired with select meats. Tastings available in Bologna and, of course, Modena, true home balsamic.

Sicilian Tastings
Palermo is not for the timid palate.
