Day 1: BOLOGNA: Transfer from Bologna airport to the hotel. In the afternoon or evening don’t miss a taste at the ancient “salsamenteria Tamburini” in Bologna's city centre. The quality, in accordance with the gastronomic tradition of Bologna, is what marks this company. Back to the delicatessen, where one time the pork transformation took place, with the old working tools which fill the spaces, you will be attracted by the special perfumes. Waiting for you there will be a typical starter, such as ragú or lasagne (or a main meal in case somebody cannot eat pasta), then you will taste typical cold cuts, including obviously mortadella!  Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: BOLOGNA – SESTOLA – BOLOGNA: After breakfast, departure to Sestola for a full day excursion, where we will have the chance to experience one of the biggest adventure parks on the Apennines. Here you can find a variety of sports activities, from the simplest ones to the most difficult, such as laser combat, an exciting“battle” among trees; megajump, a jump down from 12m; albering, a theme park with different itineraries amongst the trees; fly line, a “flight” of 700 m on suspended cables; fun bob, a single-seater bobsled on rails and much more for your fun. At the end of the adventure, come back to Bologna and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: BOLOGNA – MARANELLO – FLORENCE: After breakfast, departure for a full day in Maranello, land of motors and Ferrari. In the morning, you will visit the amazing brand new museum dedicated to Enzo Ferrari: the space dedicated to Enzo Ferrari, rather than a museum in the traditional sense of the word, is a fascinating, exciting event which manages to combine truly unique elements: in the futuristic 2,500 m2 pillar-free hall visitors can get close and personal with the many cars exhibited, but also experience a show that – through an immersive biopic screen using 19 projectors – tells Enzo Ferrari’s incredible life story, spanning 90 years, taking them through his various projects. The counter-piece to this injection of pure emotion is the Museo dei Motori Ferrari, housed in the painstakingly renovated workshop where Enzo’s father used to work: a history within the history which enables visitors to understand why Ferraris are such unique cars. To follow, a visit to an ancient Acetaia where the flavourful “Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena” is produced. Tasting/lunch at the end of the visit. In the afternoon, the tour proceeds with the visit of the famous Ferrari museum in Maranello, in the same town where the Ferrari factory and test tracks are. The Museo Ferrari in Maranello focuses on Ferrari’s present and future, whilst remaining deeply rooted in the Prancing Horse’s extraordinary history. A permanent exhibition dedicated to Formula 1 and the World Championship, complete with cars and a “pit stop wall” where visitors can gain an understanding of telemetry and pilots’ in-race driving behaviour, is flanked by five rooms that host themed exhibitions with wide-ranging appeal. Many other attractions await visitors: a Screening Room where themed films are screened on a loop, Formula 1 simulators – a semi-professional one for adults and a junior one, based on an actual Formula 1 car; the opportunity of tackling a real tyre change, mega screens to view Grand Prix action, a large Ferrari Store and a welcoming cafeteria. At the end of the day, possibility to take a test drive driving a real Ferrari or Lamborghini on the roads around Maranello. At the end of the tour, transfer to your new hotel in Florence.

Day 4: FLORENCE – CAPRAIA ISLAND – FLORENCE: After breakfast, at 6:30 am departure to Livorno and board the ferry boat to reach the island of Capraia. The island is famous for its diving and snorkelling locations. Here you will choose among different kinds of diving activities and different levels of difficulty. Only be advised that for diving activities, a scuba diving licence is compulsory. After the excursion, possibility to have lunch in a typical fish restaurant and to take a boat tour. At 5:00 pm, ferry back to Livorno and departure to Florence, where you will arrive at around 9:30 pm. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5: FLORENCE – AIR BALLOON EXPERIENCE – MONTEPULCIANO – FLORENCE: After breakfast, you’ll be ready to take your hot air balloon experience over the Tuscany countryside. At the end of this unique experience you could relax yourself with a typical Chianti “merenda”. Have lunch on your own and transfer to Montepulciano to visit a wine cellar, taste local products and Nobile di Montepulciano wine. Enjoy dinner on your own and overnight at hotel.

Day 6: FLORENCE – PARAGLIDING EXPERIENCE – FLORENCE: After breakfast, live an exciting flight with a paraglider over the Tuscan countryside: a perfect mix between emotions and adrenaline! In the afternoon back to Florence. Free time at leisure for personal visits or shopping. We suggest a wine or beer tour or a cooking class in Florence city centre, in order to relax yourself after an electric morning. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: FLORENCE: After breakfast, ride a Segway through the beautiful streets of Florence and experience the city in a new and exciting way on this 3-hour tour. Florence is a pearl of the Renaissance period and its wonderful old town offers a wide variety of sightseeing highlights. Begin your Segway tour with a 30-minute orientation session. Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway, you will start your journey to Florence’s historical centre. Here you will have the opportunity to see all the major sights, while comfortably listening to your tour guide through earphones. Along the way, you will see Florence’s fascinating Dome with its characteristic bell tower, and the Uffizi and Accademia Fine Arts galleries, as well as popular squares such as the Piazza della Signoria and the Piazza della Repubblica. From the Arno River, you can admire the beautiful bridges and take in the scenery from a unique viewpoint. This tour offers a great opportunity to discover the city in a fun and interesting way, and there is also the option to have a delicious Tuscan lunch after the morning tour. In the afternoon, live an unforgettable experience: a breathtaking view with all the beauty of Florence at sunset with a cocktail in an exclusive location on the hills of Fiesole, moving through the streets of the city that only the real Florentines know, with a really nice “Ape Calessino”.  Transfer back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 7: FLORENCE: After breakfast, transfer from hotel to Florence airport. Arrivederci!
