Cosy apartments in a family house with panoramic views and direct access to the sea, set on a lovely stretch of the road along the Amalfi Coast between Amalfi and Minori. All the localities of the coast offer guests the possibility to rent beach umbrellas, deck chairs, and boats. With a wonderful view over the sea and the beautiful coastline stretches. Quiet location. Shared among the two apartments: plot of about 200 m², consisting of garden and terraces, rich in typical Mediterranean plants, with panoramic views over the sea. The house is on four levels and each apartment is arranged on two levels. A staircase runs along the Villa and leads from the entrance of the property located on the coastal road down to the two apartments.

 

 

There are 100 steps to one of the apartment and about 80 steps to the other apartment. From the apartments you reach the sea walking down a further 50/60 steps. For shared use: two platforms for sunbathing close to the sea with deck chairs and sun umbrellas (which must be replaced into a storage room in the evening).

 

 

From the first platform, a ladder leads directly into the water, on the second higher platform (without access to the sea) you will enjoy the sunset. Shared washing machine in a common room with access from the garden.  Cosy furnishings with some antique pieces. Pay parking at 500m or parking on the property (exclusively upon request when booking and payment on the spot, for cars with a max length of 5,60 m).  With a private, equipped outdoor space/terrace (70 m²) with arbor and barbecue.   Ground floor: living-/dining-room (TV) with fireplace, double sofa-bed and access to the garden. Kitchen with access onto the covered terrace which is equipped for outdoor meals. Small WC (without window). 1st floor: 2 twin-bedded rooms, each with bathroom with shower.

 

Distances: Minori 500m (various shops), Amalfi 2,5km, Vietri 17km, Positano 20km, Sorrento 32km, Naples 60km.
