This elegant villa, a former farmhouse, is situated a few steps from Lake Garda and is immersed in a park with olive trees and a large swimming pool. Through a short tunnel, you can reach a nearby beach with restaurants and boat rental. In the surrounding area, there is a riding school, golf course, and bike trails. The village of Padenghe is 10 minutes away. The property is on two floors; on the ground floor, there are three living rooms and a dining room with a stone fireplace, kitchen, toilet, porch with barbecue. On the first floor, you will find four double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and three bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and sauna. The pool has a whirlpool, an upstream swimming system, and a nearby changing room with a bath. Outside the house, a laundry room is accessible. In the park is a fenced green area with a wooden house for your dog! A safe and covered parking area is available. Besides the amusement parks, Lake Garda offers a variety of attractions: music, theatre, food and wine, sports, and art.
