Magnificent views and tranquillity greet you.  The lake itself is huge and such a treat for the eye. Also, Valpolicella and Verona will no doubt steal your heart. Valpolicella is a viticultural area, famous for its wines on the eastern side of the lake. It is just as highly ranked as the Chianti region regarding the Italian Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) wine production.

Verona is the city of love, of Romeo and Juliet. But there is so much more to this city than just the tale of two lovers. Enjoy the many Roman architectural remains. The Arena is the third largest remaining Roman amphitheatre in Italy which is today used for opera. Why not combine your Vespa holiday with a night at the opera, simply magical.

Our trips from 'San Pietro in Cariano' take you to the north and south of Lake Garda and through the Valpolicella region and the city of Verona. These will certainly make you dream about delicious Italian wines and history. Also, Venice is just a short distance from this region and can be added to your trip. Please request further details for the 4 tours mentioned above.

Umbria never fails to amaze its tourists. The hilltop towns, the untouched landscapes such as Assisi, Orvieto, and Montepulciano are classics you cannot miss. Every town has so much richness and history that it will keep you busy for days. The Duomo in Orvieto is something that you will not forget as it one of the country’s most beautiful cathedrals. The Basilica of San Francesco in Assisi contains impressive frescoes by Giotto which are a must-see. Umbria also includes Lake Trasimeno which is the largest lake in central Italy and a great place to spend the day.

We have chosen Città Della Pieve as our starting point for the Vespa tours. This little but charming town is known for its famous painter Pietro Vannucci - ‘Il Perugino’- and has an irresistible appeal to everyone who loves picturesque alleys, surprising vistas, and colourful frescoes.  Our first and biggest tour will take you from Città Della Pieve to Assisi for the day. Secondly, there is the Orvieto tour where you will be led through cosy towns before getting to the magnificent sight of the Duomo. Thirdly the Trasimeno tour also speaks for itself, guiding you through the nicest places along the lake. And lastly, during the Montepulciano tour, you can enjoy that well-deserved glass (or bottle) of wine! Of course, if you wish to add other popular cities like Perugia to your itinerary, we will make sure this beauty is added to your travel itinerary.

Italy’s precious island! The natural contrasts, lights, and colours coming from this beautiful piece of nature is something its visitors never forget. The wild and pure nature found on this Island is Mother Nature’s work of art. We are located in the northern part of the island, close to the Costa Smeralda region, well-known for its picture-perfect beaches, clear turquoise waters, and spectacular views. The area in the North is surrounded by fascinating places to explore, ranging from the

beach to the green lush countryside scattered with Nuraghi’s all around. Sardinia has a peculiar mountainous landscape and it is very rich in both fauna (deer, wild horses, and special birds) and flora. Many surfaces seem like they have never been touched by man and still have their natural composition.

Starting from Arzachena, the tours will take you to the Capo Testa, Maddalena and Costa Smeralda areas, and inland via the small towns Cudacciolu, Luogosanto, Luras, Calangianus and Sant'Antonio di Gallura during the Nuraghi tour.

Welcome to the heel of Italy’s famous boot. In many ways, Apulia can be seen as an excellent holiday destination. It has everything a perfect holiday needs. It’s all-year-round, warm, and sunny, and it has more than 800km of diverse coastline with beautiful beaches and sandy bays with wind-eroded cliffs. You surely won’t have to look too far to find your ideal beach spot. Polignano al Mare might be one of those places: this city became famous because of its well-known sing-along ‘Volare’ by Domenico Modugno.

Apart from the wonderful climate and beaches, Apulia also features cute white towns, magnificent landscapes, many archaeological sites, and a sublime culinary tradition. The Itria Valley is covered in vineyards, orchards and rolling hills with little white huts or ‘trulli’ dotted all around. The highest concentration of these famous little circular stone houses with conical roofs are located in Alberobello, not surprisingly our departure point for the Vespa tours!

The Trulli tour will guide you through the Trulli area so you can become a true Trulli expert! Secondly, there is the Ostuni tour which takes you to one of Apulia’s most charming towns, ‘The White City’, Ostuni. Other stops on your Vespa route are Locorotondo and Cisternino which have wonderful old-town centres. As for the the Grotte tour, it will remain in your memory for a very long time. Here you will discover Apulia’s natural cave wonders in the ‘Grotte di Castellana’. And if you’re amazed by these wonders of nature then you will love the Gravine tour where you will encounter spectacular deep rocky ravines formed by what was once the sea.

Just outside of Apulia in the region of Basilicata there is ‘Matera’, also known as the city of the ‘Sassi’. Matera has recently been nominated as 2019’s European Capital of Culture and has been on the world’s heritage UNESCO list since 1993. It is described as “one of the most outstanding organised urban settlements ever created in the world, a real masterpiece of human creative genius and capacity to adapt.  Matera, and other beautiful cities like Bari, Brindisi, and Gallipoli are just outside the routes but can certainly be added. You name it, we’ll arrange it!  Please request further details for the 4  tours mentioned above.
