Plemmirio Marina (21).jpg

Located in the protected area of Plemmirio, a few kilometres from Ortigia, Siracusa. Renovated in a contemporary style using high-quality materials, the villa is well equipped and extremely comfortable. It rises above the coast, surrounded by a large garden with low vegetation and bushes — ideal for enjoying the natural landscape from every point of the house.

The ground floor is made up of a single, bright open space with large sliding windows that open onto a portico that looks out at the sea. A double-sided fireplace divides the space into two areas, a living area with sofas and TV, and the other a splendid dining area with a large oval table able to comfortably accommodate 12 people. From the dining room, there is direct access to a kitchen, separated from the living area by a glass window. A guest bathroom can also be found on the ground floor.

The upper floor is accessible through a staircase, which leads to another panoramic living room equipped with a bar and sofas. The upper floor is made up of a night area, which has four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.  The infinity pool, irregularly shaped to follow the form of the land, has a rock feature and a tiny beach where you can lie on a lounger with views of the coast. Behind the swimming pool, trees provide some very welcoming summertime shade.

Sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
