DISCOVER THE BEAUTIES OF SARDINIA​

It is possible to arrive here any day of the week and throughout the year and there is no minimum number of participants. 
 
01 - DAY Arrival in Sardinia and departure along the world’s most famous coastline of the Costa Smeralda, beautiful places of the area as follows: Capriccioli, Porto Cervo, Romazzino and the Stella Maris Church. Continue to Palau and ferry crossing to La Maddalena. Tour of the island and the Garibaldi Museum in Caprera. In the evening return trip to Palau and the hotel area Olbia/Arzachena.
 
02 - DAY Olbia /Arzachena – Alghero. Departure to Castelsardo. Stroll through the narrow streets and steep stairways. Visit the  Sant’Antonio Abate, the church of Santa Maria (location of the “Criltu Nieddu” a crucifix with a black Christ figure, which is the oldest of Sardinia), the castel and the wind and weather elephant-shaped rocks (domus de janas – Necropolis). Continue to Alghero. Accommodation in the Alghero area.
 
03 - DAY Alghero. Stroll through the charming old town, of a still partially preserved fortress wall, protected on the seaside. Visit the church of San Francesco and the monastery, the Cathedral of Santa Maria. Driving along the coast road to Porto Conte Capo Caccia and the Belvedere "la foradada. In the afternoon optional boat trip to visit Neptune's Grotto. Worth seeing are Stintino (north), a small fishing village known for its beautiful beach "la Pelosa. Hotels in Alghero or in the Alghero area.
 
04 - DAY Alghero – Oristano. After breakfast, depart on a spectacular coast road to Bosa. Visit the small town of Bosa. This town of ancient Carthaginian origin lies at the mouth of the river Temo. It combines the beautiful orderly streets and square of the modern centre, an avenue along the river and an interesting ancient quarter which clings to a hill of the medieval castle ruled by Serravalle. Interesting to visit: the Museum of the tannery, the cathedral and the two churches of Rio Alto and San Pietro Extramuros. Weiterhart to Santa Caterina di Pittinuri. Overnight at hotel.
 
05 - DAY Cuglieri/Oristano-Pula/Capoterra. Breakfast and departure towards the south-west to S Antioco and visit the archaeological site: the catacombs and the Tophet (Punic sanctuary, a place of sacrifice of the young men and burial place). Continue to the coast Teulada (southernmost tip of Sardinia) and on the panoramic road from Capo Spartivento up to Chia. Not to be missed are the ruins of Bithia and Nora. Overnight in Pula/Capoterra.
 
06 - DAY Cagliari – Barumini. Full day at leisure for the many trips in this zone. City tour with visit to the National Archaeological Museum.  the small but interesting museum of church art, the Tower of San Pancrazio, and the old city of Cagliari with the bastions of S. Croci. A little outside the city to visit: Botanical garden and Sanctuary of Bonaria.
 
07 - DAY Fonni/Barumini. After Breakfast departure cross through Sardinia passing by little villages. First, stop at the largest
Nuraghekomplex Sardinia "Su Nuraxi. Continue to move to Gavoi and visit the typical villages Laconi, with its wonderful Aymerich Castel Park, Aritzo, Fonni. Overnight in Fonni or Bitti.
 
08 - DAY Fonni/Bitti – Nuoro.  After Breakfast departure to Airport.
