The property has two main buildings, the Villa and the Fattoria, united by a delightfully informal Winter Garden the lobby and the reception, an informal space composed by wide windows from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the Maremma landscape.
Both the Villa and the Fattoria have undergone extensive rebuilding and restyling carried out under the supervision of architect Ettore Mocchetti, Chief Editor of AD Italy. The interior decor expresses through the furnishings the intimate soul of Tuscany, with its warm colours, its simplicity, and uniqueness. The Hotel’s rooms and suites, are consistent with this idea and perfectly blend with the Tuscan-style of the furniture and the precious silks of the Florentine fabrics. Here you will discover a refined atmosphere, where nothing is left to chance, and which, at the same time, has an air of intimate familiarity, allowing guests to feel completely at home in the most authentic heart of Tuscany.
With 33 rooms which have been prepared with attention to the tiniest of details and furnished with taste and refinement, while maintaining an intimate and familiar atmosphere. All the rooms offer an evocative view over the Maremma countryside and each one has a traditional Tuscan stone fireplace to further warm the atmosphere. The SPA covers an area over 600 square metres, divided into four sections, two of which are thermal, with slate floors. This place is surrounded by a refined atmosphere, with ceiling vaults, natural materials, warm colours, and romantic scented candles. There are 4 treatment cabins, one of which is dedicated to two treatments, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a steam room, and a vitality pool.

Open exclusively for dinner, the 150m2 La Trattoria seats 100 guests. The dining-room is furbished to achieve a sense of discreet elegance and intimacy, with wooden beams, exposed brickwork, a fireplace, and cotta tile flooring. It leads onto a delightful terrace that looks out onto the kitchen gardens and surrounding hills and can accommodate up to 80 guests.
