The villa has been flagged as one of the 10 most beautiful houses in Umbria by Architectural Digest magazine, published by Condé Nast. It is surrounded by a large agriculture & livestock farm, a 600-hectares territory consisting of plains, forests, meadows, and pastures as well as herds of hares, deer, and Chianina cattle, crossed by the river Tiber and dotted with small lakes, waterways, and medieval castles. The private housing estate consists of the residential area, which is beautifully furnished with original antique furniture, the tower, and the small consecrated church.
