• The region is famous for its wine production, the most famous wine is "Est Est Est", but also for its proximity to the picturesque Lake Bolsena, the largest crater basin in Italy, surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves. 

• The proximity to the lake makes this accommodation ideal for sports enthusiasts: there is the opportunity for fishing, boating, paragliding, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and sailing. Lake Bolsena is also suitable for swimming and is one of the cleanest lakes in Italy. Its beaches are just 1 km from the house and in Bolsena is also a tourist port. 

• The Oak park is directly above the lake. Not to be missed a visit to Montefiascone, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the most wonderful sunsets. 

• In the many restaurants you can taste the culinary delicacies of the region, such as dishes of freshwater fish such as the "Sbroscia".
