We start our minimalist journey at a 12th-century Umbrian watchtower located in Umbria. The 7 bedrooms are monastically simple and the way it has been refurbished has maintained its integrity and charm. Get away and enjoy the tranquillity but also take over this tower and have the time of your life with family and friends.  Outbuildings, gardens, terraces and a 25 metre infinity pool are aligned on an axis with the tower to maximize the dramatic 360-degree views over secluded valleys, unchanged for centuries, giving the sensation of being totally removed from the modern world.. for that wow factor this is it!

The twenty-five metre solar heated pool is set on the highest point of the ridge, appearing suspended among the olive trees, and affording breathtaking panoramic views over the valleys. The spa is inspired by the centuries-old tradition of healing practiced from Roman times in the Tiber valley.  Yoga, Pilates, massage and meditation therapies help reawaken blocked energies. Massage therapies can be held at poolside or in the guest's suites. Daily Pilates and yoga sessions either individually or in a group are available on request.

There is a shaded seating pavilion by the pool. The secluded area beneath the terrace includes a treatment and massage room with changing area and shower and a fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water.
