I did my best to look around, but, at least based on my search parameters, I didn't quite find anything. If I missed anything, I apologize.I haven't taken a writing course in a while, and the one I did take wasn't really about writing for animation or cinema. Simply looking to further my education and sharpen my writing abilities. I have Eisner's "Graphic Storytelling & Visual Narrative," which isn't really a book for screenwriting per but is nonetheless a good resource for storyboard artists. Is there anything else, though? I did try a search on Amazon and came across a handful, particularly local video animation services near me with reviews that seemed to suggest they just wrote for television. Instead of serialized storylines, I'm more interested in movies. So, does anyone here have anything they would like to recommend? The "Story" by Robert McKee piqued my interest. I simply wanted to know if there were any votes that were unambiguously in favor or against. And if there WAS a topic I should be looking at, please point me in its direction.
