We have been organising bespoke Italian experiences since the early 1990s and do not produce a brochure as travelling with us is unique, and each itinerary is different exactly like our clients. We always endeavour to go the extra mile, getting you to the front of the queue, introducing you to local people, creating itineraries which work for you. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST
Due to the uniqueness of your holiday, there is no set price as all prices are subject to the time of year, the number of nights, the accommodation selected and what is included. The packages we create reflect the budget provided by you. We discuss all offers and discounts if available and we provide you with choices, allowing you to mix and match, save money or perhaps add some other elements to the trip. Our set booking fee is £ 45.00.
CREATING YOUR TRIP
Step One: We start with a chat by phone or if you feel up to it, put a few ideas in an email so that we can start the dialogue. You may know the type of holiday you are after or you may just want us to “inspire” you. To do this we will need to get a sense of what you are looking for. There will of course be a series of questions on our part and a bit of to-ing and fro-ing and then we will put the initial day-to-day itinerary together for you. This will not include details, flights, hotels, etc it will only review the itinerary as we need to ensure that it is not too much or too little for you. This part is often completed within 24 hours.
Step Two: Once you are happy to continue, it is at this point that the detail and price will be provided. You will be provided with a range of choices As we progress a bit of fine-tuning may be required.
Step Three: When you are happy to go ahead and book, we will require a deposit which is 30% of the total value of the booking, plus of course the booking fee. There is often the possibility and we will advise you immediately, that the initial flight offered or the special offer on the villa may no longer be available due to the time elapsed so before we book and confirm we will advise you of any possible supplements or changes to the deposit required.
Step Four: Before you set off, if you wish to add another element to the trip or you would like us to book that special tasting menu at Il Castello Restaurant for example, or perhaps have a bottle of chilled champagne waiting for you when you get to your accommodation, that is fine, just think of us as your personal concierge.
Step Five: It is time for you to set off. You will have everything you need; tickets, documents and not forgetting a tailored itinerary created just for you allowing you to experience every moment. We will provide you with suggestions and recommendations, what to visit, where to eat or enjoy an aperitif or gelato.
YOUR PROTECTION
We are a fully bonded. All our flight-inclusive holidays are financially protected by the ATOL scheme, number 9613. When we receive your deposit, we will provide you with an ATOL Certificate.
