A modern villa located in the seaside resort of Guardini Naxos, with a pool and private access to the sea. The villa has been recently restored to its original glamour (like the Hollywood-style staircase)!
The villa has three floors. At pool level, there is an elegant living room, dining room, and kitchen, all providing sea views. There is also a guest bathroom. The staircase leads up to the next floor which has three double bedrooms (two with ensuite and one with private bath), and a single ensuite bedroom. At sea level, there is a small living room, two more double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of which connects with a further double room. There is also a wellness area with gym, massage room, ‘emotional’ shower and a bathroom. The garden is lovely, divided into the pool area, an outdoor dining area with a pergola and sea views, a solarium, and a shady patio.
