Villa Modica (12).jpg

A few kilometres from Modica, a wonderfully photogenic Baroque city. Surrounded by olive groves and immersed in an extensive and luxuriant Mediterranean garden, this is a modern villa built of local limestone. With a heated pool which is very rare in Sicily which also makes it ideal to stay here in Autumn. The villa is made up of the main house and three annexes, scattered about the grounds. The entrance to the main house leads into a bright living-dining room connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Five steps lead up to a TV area, furnished with comfy sofas. From here a door leads into a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.  Three steps lead down from the living room to a second night area with a double bedroom, a twin room suitable for children and two bathrooms with a shower. (These bedrooms have ceiling fans). Very close to the main house are two independent annexes each with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Next to the swimming pool is a covered patio with a small kitchen, comfy sofas and armchairs.  Close to the patio is the third annex, consisting of a double bedroom, small living room, and bathroom. Between the main house and the pool area, is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a hob, BBQ, and dishwasher, with a huge dining table, ideal for long summer lunches and dinners. Turning back towards the pool, a shady pagoda creates an area that is perfect for relaxing. The heated pool, with a hydromassage corner, completes the villa.
