Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel, then meet a professional truffle hunter and his loyal dog for an immersive journey into the world of Italy’s most prized culinary treasure. Discover the secrets of truffle hunting — learn where truffles grow, how the dogs are trained, and the art of locating these rare delicacies. (Please note: this is a demonstration; the truffles found are not for keeping.)
