Among the hand-painted tiles and the most modern technology, the cooking school just outside Sorrento teaches the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine by organizing courses for its guests. The goal of the courses is to share food preparation techniques for Mediterranean dishes by searching for absolute quality and an indispensable value that maintains that wealth of flavours, skills, and secrets.

 

 

Day 1: We arrive into Naples airport and our car and driver will meet you and will transfer you to the hotel where you will be staying for a total of 7 nights. There are a range of rooms to choose from. On Arrival, you will check into the hotel and unpack and the restaurant for an evening meal will be booked for you.

Day 2: Your cooking lesson commences today. The goal of the course is to share food preparation techniques. Your first lesson will deal with Mediterranean seasonal vegetables. 3 recipes will be prepared and prepared mainly with vegetables coming from the organic farm belonging to the Family. In the afternoon free time.

Day 3: Amalfi Coast Rockfish and shellfish. 3 recipes will be prepared with the catch of the day following the principles of Mediterranean cuisine. Free afternoon.

Day 4: Super‐fine hard wheat pasta and fresh pasta. 3 recipes will be prepared with homemade super‐fine hard wheat pasta made in the nearby towns of Gragnano and Torre Annunziata. In the afternoon, our driver will come to pick you up and will take you for an afternoon drive to Positano where you will stop for an afternoon drink and visit and then back.

Day 5: Meat from the Mounts of Irpinia and the Benevento region. 3 recipes will be prepared with meat from Irpinia and Benevento regional breeders who have been breeding cattle for generations, following natural methods. Free afternoon.

Day 6: Traditional and modern Naples confectionary. 3 recipes will be prepared following the principles of Neapolitan cuisine with a modern twist. In the afternoon, our driver will come to pick you up and will take you for an afternoon drive to Naples for some shopping or sightseeing.

Day 7: Free day and a private trip to Pompeii where you will meet up with your private guide and then after in the afternoon and after lunch, a drive to Herculaneum where you can wander about on your own and then back to the hotel.

Day 8: Time to say goodbye and head home.
