Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
You start your romantic journey in Florence where you will spend 3 days enjoying its beauties. On Day 1 you will enjoy the art of the Uffizi in the morning and see Botticelli’s – Birth of Venus; Titian’s – Venus of Urbino, amongst other great works of art.
After lunch a tour of the Accademia where David awaits.
The next day, you will walk through the heart of Florence and taste truffles accompanied by bubbles of Prosecco, the typical Tuscan cold cuts soaked with a nice glass of Chianti wine, ending with a delicious chocolate and ice cream tasting. You will cherish a flavoured Florentine stroll walking through the highlights of the Renaissance.
On your last day in Florence, you will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning and transferred to the place where your hot air balloon trip will take place. You will be able to admire old Tuscan castles and renaissance villas, enjoy aerial views of the old towns of Poggibonsi, San Gimignano, Col Val D’Elsa and be amazed by the Chianti hills, vineyards and woods. On a clear day if flying high enough is possible, you will see the sea reflecting the morning sun in the distance. Once landed, breakfast will take place together in the middle of the Chianti countryside with typical Tuscan products. The rest of the day is free.
