HOW TO BOOK

May I take the opportunity of thanking you for choosing to travel with The Italian Connection (LONDON) Ltd. If you would now like to go ahead and confirm, we kindly ask you to do one of the following::

c) You may fax us at 01424 426016

REMEMBER: Please ensure that you provide us with the property reference number, the dates of travel and the number of people travelling and your full contact details – name of the lead passenger, full postal address, day and evening contact numbers and email address if possible.

Our sales staff will then send you a booking form and once we receive your completed booking form, we will then go ahead and confirm the property and will issue you with your confirmation invoice within 7-10 working days. Please remember to read our Terms and Conditions and Our Essential Guide to Italy before confirming your holiday. This will be provided to you with your booking form.

HOW DO I PAY ?
Payment can take place in the following way:

CHEQUE and please be advised that we can only accept cheques if there is at least a minimum of 4 weeks available for the funds to clear our account.

CREDIT CARD and please be advised that all payments by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5% and this will be added to the overall amount. The ONLY CREDIT CARDS, which will be accepted by THE ITALIAN CONNECTION (LONDON) Ltd are VISA and MASTERCARD.

DEBIT CARD or SWITCH and please be advised that all payments by debit card or switch card will incur a charge of 59 pence only. Please ensure that you advise us that the payment is via debit card.

BANK DRAFT or BANK TRANSFER

Please be advised that we will require a credit card or debit/switch card as guarantee of the booking ONLY. When we have confirmed the booking for you and issued you with the relevant confirmation invoices, please then let us know how you wish to pay. Please be advised that your card will be held as guarantee ONLY and monies will only be deducted with your authorisation.

The credit or debit card details we will require are as stated below so ensure that you have this information when you contact our offices.
