YOUR OWN PRIVATE ISLAND

This is a house on an island which is almost uninhabited and staying here includes a private car transfer from Olbia airport to the Palau dock, private boat transfer from Palau to St. Maria Island, private gozzo (small wooden boat) with helmsman available to you all day for beach hopping as well as all meals are included, whether taken at the property or on your gozzo.  It is possible to take on the property for your exclusive use or just a double room for a couple of nights. The beach is within walking distance. Totally unique and located in Sardinia.

SIMPLY HEAVENLY

It is not easy to put into words the natural beauty of the coast that leads down from Otranto towards Leuca, where stretches of inaccessible rocky cliffs drop down into a crystal-clear blue sea, and you find a succession of picturesque little harbours with the little fishing villages behind them at just a few kilometres one from the other. Once you have passed the harbour at Tricase, continuing on towards Leuca, in the village called Funnu Voiere, you will find this typical local building perched directly above the sea.  Surrounded by a large fenced garden of Mediterranean scrub, that looks onto the sea from a natural terrace with a breathtaking view. A SPECIAL KIND OF VILLA

The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful coast from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. Access is from the road that links all of the Amalfi Coast, via a large gate that leads to the car park, then up a short flight of steps, leading straight into the large flower garden that goes down all the way to the large terrace that surrounds the upper part of the villa, where you will find the kitchen and outside dining-area. The opposite part points out over the sea like the prow of a ship, with a beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano. Then you go down to the terrace below, still with a beautiful view, and from there to the private sea-water swimming-pool and towards the private path down to the sea. Sleeps 14 persons.
